The chalet was a cozy dream! The fireplace and the comfortable bed were my favorite parts. The pool was also a plus, and the view was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly attentive, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The free breakfast was tasty, with a nice variety of options to choose from that filled me up for the rest of the day.

That the room didn't come with a microwave or a fridge. This made it difficult to store food and reheat it for later.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the unique room configuration that was both cozy and elegant. the fireplace added to the ambiance and the included breakfast was a convenient feature. the hotel's location was perfect for enjoying the local shopping and entertainment attractions.

The noise levels were unbearable both during the day and night.

Entering this hotel is a luxurious experience, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and escorted to our room using the private elevator. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and a beautiful view of the ski slope. the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfast each morning.

The only minor issue we experienced was a delay with room service, which was rectified immediately with a sincere apology from the staff. This hotel more than made up for it with their private facilities that included a butler who catered to our every need, and 24-hour room service.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, which made my stay comfortable and easy. The staff, especially Fatma, accommodated all my requests, making everything great from start to end. The room was clean and had a romantic ambiance with a French door opening directly to the pool. Breakfast was exceptional, and the view from the hotel room was overlooking the main attraction of this city, which made my stay more enjoyable.

Our group of friends had an unforgettable experience at a luxurious hotel near a ski slope in the desert. Our butler was amazing, and the rooms were nicely done with beautiful fireplaces. We enjoyed prompt room service, delightful breakfast, and executive lounge access with superb hospitality. the unique and beautiful room configurations made us feel we were in a European chalet. the hotel staff accommodated our early and late check-in and check-out requests.
